Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and R&R Bathrooms ("Company" or "we"), governing your use of the products and services provided by R&R Bathrooms. By using our website or engaging in any transactions with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

R&R Bathrooms specializes in providing high-quality bathroom renovation and remodeling services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom bathroom design (Free)

  • Fixture installation and replacement

  • Tile installation

  • Plumbing and electrical work related to bathroom installations

  • Cabinetry and vanity installation

  • Flooring services

2. Estimates and Quotes

2.1. Estimates: We will provide estimates for the proposed work based on the information provided by you. These estimates are non-binding and subject to change upon further evaluation or changes to the original scope of work.
2.2. Quotes: Upon a thorough on-site evaluation, we will provide you with a detailed and binding quote that outlines the specific services to be performed, materials to be used, and associated costs. Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Deposit: A deposit may be required upon acceptance of the quote. The amount and due date will be specified in the quote provided to you. Failure to provide the required deposit may result in a delay or cancellation of the project.
3.2. Progress Payments: For projects with long durations, progress payments may be required at specified milestones as outlined in the quote. Payment schedules will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of the project.
3.3. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Payment in full must be made within 14 days from the date of project completion. Failure to make the final payment within this period may result in additional charges, including but not limited to interest or collection fees.

4. Change Requests

4.1. Any change requests to the original scope of work must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before the changes can be implemented. Additional charges may apply for any approved change requests.
4.2. R&R Bathrooms reserves the right to decline any change requests that are outside the scope of work or deemed impractical or infeasible.

5. Warranty and Guarantee

5.1. R&R Bathrooms provides a one-year warranty for all services performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used during the project. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period.
5.2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover any issues arising from modifications performed by anyone other than R&R Bathrooms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. R&R Bathrooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the services, regardless of the cause of action.
6.2. In no event shall R&R Bathrooms' total liability for any claims, damages, or losses exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific services provided by R&R Bathrooms.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination shall be effective upon the receipt of the notice.
7.2. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments shall become immediately due and payable.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which R&R Bathrooms operates.

9. Modifications to the Terms of Service

R&R Bathrooms reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website.
By using our services after any such modification, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the updated Terms of Service.
